Brandon Sloan, FDIC
Brandon Sloan has been serving families in the funeral profession since 2023 and became a licensed funeral director in 2025. As Funeral Director in Charge, he is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and personalized care to every family he serves.
With a strong commitment to dignity and attention to detail, Brandon strives to guide families through each step of the process with clarity, empathy, and respect. He takes pride in creating an environment where families feel supported, heard, and cared for during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Originally relocating to Florida in 2023, Brandon now calls Winter Haven home, where he lives with his husband, Nicholas, and their beloved animals. Outside of his professional role, he values time spent with family at concerts or theme parks, and enjoys being part of the local community he is honored to serve.

Heath Wm. Wentzel, LDD
Heath Wentzel brings a lifelong dedication to the funeral profession as a Licensed Direct Disposer and an active student pursuing his Funeral Director/Embalmer license.Originally from Sacramento, CA, Heath grew up intimately familiar with the death care industry, learning the values of compassion and professionalism from his father and brother, who also work in the field. He is currently completing his professional education at the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Sciences in Houston, TX, where he is finalizing his comprehensive degree.
Heath’s primary focus is the dignified and respectful care of every loved one. His personal philosophy centers on providing the peace of mind families deserve during their most difficult times.
When not dedicated to serving families, Heath prioritizes his own family. He enjoys traveling, whether cruising or driving, with his wife, Candace, and their five children.

Shauna Seckman, Owner/Manager
Shauna Seckman is the dedicated owner of Cremation Services of Mid-Florida with six years of experience in the funeral service, Shauna provides compassionate care that honors a family’s wishes with dignity and grace. Shauna works tirelessly to ensure families feel supported, comfortable and welcomed. When not dedicated to serving families, Shauna enjoys fishing, theme parks and spending time with her animals and her beloved Fiance Mathew and their three children.
